Product Description
This equipment is suitable for carbonization of wood, bamboo, fruit shells, coconut shells, biomass particles (in powder or block form), production of activated carbon, production of mosquito repellent powder, fireworks and firecracker powder, etc.
This technology belongs to the field of biomass thermal conversion technology, specifically involving a multi product carbonization and activation equipment. This equipment can perform both carbonization and activation functions by changing the tilt angle, rotational speed, and sealing method. Changing the traditional direct combustion method to the radiation heat method has solved the problems of low yield, severe burning loss, uneven reaction, low yield, high consumption, and difficult temperature control in the biomass thermal conversion process from a technological perspective.
When used as a carbonization furnace, it has the advantages of (a) high yield, strong continuity, large heating area of fan-shaped product channels, uniform carbonization, and high carbonization yield using radiation heat carbonization; (b) The sealing device can ensure that the equipment operates under a positive pressure of 100-500Pa under dynamic and static sealing conditions. (c) The equipment can be adjusted by adjusting the tilt angle during operation, changing the reaction time, and changing the product variety at any time according to customer requirements without the need for parking.
When used as an activation furnace, compared to traditional activation equipment, (a) there is no need to arrange steam pipelines inside the activation furnace cylinder. The saturated steam is transformed into superheated steam at a high temperature of 500 ºC at the furnace head, and combined with the rotating cylinder, it is evenly distributed in each product channel and reacts uniformly; (b) The interior of the activation furnace is divided into multiple product channels, allowing the raw carbon to continuously move in a parabolic motion and fully react with the activator. The activator has a high degree of reaction and a high reaction rate; (c) The furnace body is equipped with an activator inlet and an auxiliary activator inlet, and mixing activators is beneficial for improving product quality
